    Doc Taylor’s Restaurant

Happy Foody Friday, Pioneers! About two weeks ago, I went on a trip to Virginia Beach with my dad and boyfriend. We stayed in a hotel on the board walk so there was all types of food around us. When we arrived, we parked and walked past several different beach houses. There was one specifically that caught my eye. I remember seeing people standing in front of the house and saying to my boyfriend Brandon, “This house is adorable. I wonder what it’s like to live on the beach.” We continued to the hotel to check in and do some exploring. Breakfast: The next morning, Brandon looked up some local…

    CRÚ Food & Wine Bar

I went to Atlanta, about two weeks ago, with my future mother-in-law and my Dani to help my sister move into her new apartment. Little did I know, they had a special night for me. They decided to take me out to celebrate since I’m getting married. YAY! They picked a restaurant called CRU located at the Avalon shopping mall in Alpharetta, GA. The vibe, food, and wine were right up my ally. The Atmosphere   We sat on the inside, which looks amazing. They have a wine wall! Talk about inspiration for my future house. It felt cozy and it wasn’t too cold inside. I hate going to restaurants and it feels…

    Field Roast Review!

It’s Foody Friday guys and today I’m coming to you with a review! This review is on a product that I recently tried. So quick back story, I am a fairly new vegetarian. I gave up meat in July of 2017. So as any new experience goes, it has been a bit of a journey trying to grow accustom. Not because I’m still a fiend for meat or anything, but because I really had no clue what to eat. I mean yeah, eat vegetables right.  Well I do, but It’s kinda aggravating only eating sides for dinner every night. The good news is, the longer I’ve been learning this vegetarian…

Ingredients 3 bell peppers (For this recipe, I used yellow and red) 1 pound of ground turkey 1/2 can of chopped tomatoes 1 can of 14.5 ounce black beans 1 small diced red onion 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 1 cup of skim mozzarella…

    Restaurant pick of the week

Todays Foody Feature: BORU BORU Hey girls! Todays foody feature is from a little spot called BORU BORU http://boruboru.com/  located in Emory Point right outside of downtown Atlanta. If youre a sushi lover, this post is for you. I myself, love sushi and when I visited this restaurant for the first time, I was absolutely in love. The set up style of this spot is the same as a Chipotle or Moes BUT it’s sushi. Not only is the setup of the restaurant like Chipotle and all the other americanized mexican restaurants we love, but the food is served the very same way! That was so cool to me, I…
